WOW, what great customer service. After stressing and trying to find a florist to deliver to a funeral in Byers, I called Bebbs and spoke to Bonnie. She said they don't deliver there but found out what funeral home was handling the funeral and contacted them on my behalf to see if they could drop the flowers with them to take to the funeral. I gave her a budget and she had it handled within 5 minutes of calling. Quicker than placing the order online. Thank you!!
I ordered flowers for a friend of ours father’s funeral and had them sent there and the lady that I spoke with on the phone was amazing. The compassion she had on the phone for me was great and I just wanted to say thank you very much.!
I ordered an arrangement for my husband’s Celebration of Life that was held in Wichita Falls. I live 5 hours away so everything was arranged over the phone. I could not have been more pleased with this absolutely stunning arrangement!
