Update !!! The products and program are a still my favorite! Highly recommend!!!! This journey is not for the weak. I have struggled with bad periods and hot flashes the past couple of years, and recently struggled to lose weight. I had problems at the beginning. I had become very frustrated. I wasn’t losing weight. Denise was a great coach. She got me back on track.
I started this program to lose a few pounds and to feel better and healthier. The program really helped me. It is easy to follow, and results speak for themselves. The staff are amazing and so helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
