I went to view the model home at White Oak on 3/22/21 with mask on. Their model hours advertised as "open" and that a new phase was opening but when I walked in, the sales lady refused to help me, stating they were "closed" although she was at the location and hours advertised as open. It is very obvious I am disabled, and due to my disability I was denied access to view the model home.
