We had just gone under contract on a new townhome at the Villas of Prestonwood when we began to see rats at night. Lots of rats running along the street in front of the townhouse we were planning to by and many in back. We recorded them trying to gnaw into the garage doors and damaging cable wires. We notified Beazer management and they took NO action to remove or attempt to control the rats. We realized we could not risk the rats entering our home and damaging property, cars and potentially biting our grandson and our dogs.... read more
