The sales person Sanjeev Luthra is very rude and refused to give basic information about the homes..showed least interest while belittling me in every possible way and asked me personal and uncomfortable questions that are irrelavant to home purchase and judgy....I see one more person in reviews had similar experience and looks like he does this with people all the time...he was very impatient about disussing any details on the home and said this is not your country where you negotiate stuff, which i think is absolutely unac... read more
