Review of Beazer Homes at Tulip Hills – Ongoing Safety Issues Ignored I want to warn anyone considering buying a home from Beazer Homes, especially in their new Tulip Hills neighborhood. The builder has completely neglected the safety and well-being of its residents. We are constantly dealing with car break-ins happening every other night, gunshots almost every night, and just recently, a bullet went through someone’s home, piercing both the bedroom and bathroom walls. Excellent staff working at this location to provide you all the details you need on these homes. These homes are very energy efficient they put a great HVAC system in and they provide nice interior
Rob was awesome to work with. Love how my townhome came out. New construction with so many amenities and incentives. Extremely happy with my purchase at Tulip Hills community.
Don't know about their houses but I do know if they continue to work outside of allowable hours and on Sundays in their new build off of Dodson Chapel that ties into Lakewood Estates on Central Pike they're going to be experiencing work stoppages as a result of complaints filed for their blatant disregard for the laws they operate under . They work beyond allowable hours Monday through Saturday and bring themselves out at the crack of dawn on Sundays which isn't allowed at all .
