My experience with the Beazer builders has been wonderful and I haven’t even purchased a home from them . Thanks to Sanford’s unspoken policy of give any builder with money a permit to build , it has been non stop fun! Beazer and their crew of non English speaking sub contractors do whatever they want whenever they want ! Working late into the night with no worry of any repercussion is the norm !
