Highly recommend working with Merri Beth and her team! You truly have the opportunity to customize your home--different cabinets in all bathrooms, many countertops to choose from, and beautiful tile options. The location in the Charleston area cannot be beat traffic wise. Leaving the beautiful oaks in the neighborhood was a big draw for us!

Hey future neighbors, I moved in 2/12/25. I live in the Cottonwood Style Home and love everything about this house. From the quality of the build, to the energy efficiencies, the warranty that is offered by Beazer and most importantly the great neighbors that we have on Middleton Dr. Highly recommend working with Precious!!! I enjoyed my tour of such a beautiful community! I believe my tour guide was performed by Precious! She did an amazing job with explaining the layout of the property and was able to answer any questions that I had. I can’t wait to bring my husband back to see what he thinks. Hopefully, we will get the pleasure of seeing Precious so that he can also have a stellar experience!
