Build a home with Beazer if you like = delays, terrible craftsmanship, unresponsiveness, every wall crooked, ugly finishes, and project management for 2.5 years. I've had two babies since we've signed for our house and still aren't finished with them. Every repair is full on project management by us. Their employee turnover is insane and they have no systems in place. My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Team Beazer at Sycamore Chase. Tracy and Lynn have provided great insight and advise. Mike, the construction Manager, communicates weekly and is available to answer any questions at all times. As stated we have had a great experience thus far and anticipate that it will continue through settlement and beyond.
Beazer makes promises before you sign on the dotted line and then after signing, they change the rules and you have no recourse. They sell you a $600,000 home with incomplete or poorly completed work and somehow it passes inspections. (#backscratching). They spend more time and money correcting their mistakes instead of doing things right the first time. (This isn’t their first development so they should have the problems ironed out by now).
