My out of town client is building in Stonewood Estates. I've been keeping an eye on the house for them and the builder, Philip is doing a great job. Kimberly, the sales agent was great to work with getting the house under contract and Diane in the design center was very very helpful. Closing is in a couple of months and Kimberly has been sending my clients and me updates every week.

It’s unfortunate that in Durham a builders deposit is not refundable. Although this is not Beazer fault it seems ridiculous that a huge company would not be willing to consider a legitimate hardship as reason to refund the money. The house was off the market for less than 3 weeks. Clearly the amount of money left as deposit would not change their business in anyway.

Hello neighbor. It seems like you're putting off an awful lot of turbid waste-water into Ellerbee Creek since early November. I sure hope you're able to clear that up ASAP, as it will choke out the majority of life downstream VERY soon, spring is coming. Update on Feb 22, 2024: I'm confused, are you not up to the task of retaining wastewater at your site? The pollution continues and you seem unable to handle it. How can we, your neighbors, help you with this?
