Customer service is atrocious! They neglected to tell my wife and a lot about what is covered and what isn’t. Our house started to get cracks and separation on the ceilings. They fixed it once and did a very poor job and we had to make them come back and fix it again. Several weeks later the cracks came back and they would not fix them. Do yourself a favor and go with another builder! The picture is just an example of the multiple locations on my ceiling.
