The older gentleman at the model home is nice, but I’m disappointed in how Beazer is handling their lots. They are unkept, been this way since I moved in across the street in April and no one seems to care enough to rectify the situation.

We had a horrible experience trying to enter a contract to buy a new home. We put down an earnest money deposit, but they sold the home to someone else while we were negotiating the price with our sales rep and Beazer’s head office. They did not communicate well during the negotiation process, and we had to physically go to the sales rep’s office to find out it was sold to someone else. We ended up building a home with another builder in the area due to our experience with Beazer.

Horrible communication skills. They did not honor their contract! I would never recommend this builder to anyone. It does no good to go to cooperate regarding Anything, they are horrible as well. This company has caused me severe stress and anxiety. Their in house lenders aren’t any better. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience through and through, however, I was able to find something a lot better with another builder and I am extremely satisfied. Beautiful homes. The staff are very helpful. The ingress and egress can be quite treacherous during commuter hours. This is not the fault of the builder but I felt it is worth mentioning. City of Grand Prarie should do something to keep people safer.
