The idea that this is "Master Planned" community is comical. A resort style pool is the biggest joke. The flooring 9f the pool was so slick that there were many concerns of accidents due to the wet condition and they did nothing. It took an accident where a resident slipped and dislocated her knee before they actually acted on it. The landscaping on the "resort pool area" is in disarray and the mulch basically sat there until there was nothing left and all the irrigation was exposed.
