In all the years living here the pool has never been pleasant to use. It’s full of bugs, and occasionally has copper heads swimming in it. The playground is falling apart, so the kids cannot use it without injury. The houses are being built too fast, my poor neighbor was suppose to move in last summer and she is still finding issues with her home. And the HOA is a total nightmare!
