One of the only one floor condos available in the area. There are only a few units left. I did not want a townhouse with multiple levels and wanted a garage. The location is within walking distance of The Collection. A Whole Foods is being built in less than a mile and 400 and Northside Hospital are close by. I am very pleased with my purchase.
