The Neighbourhood is great it’s just upsetting to pay $580,000 for a house with no yard terrible paint and only one garage door opener. The house is nice in the neighborhood is nice but they have cut corners and very simple things that don’t cost a lot of money I would rather you just wrap the $5000 into my mortgage so it cost me two dollars extra a month for a yard to actually have my garage door work.
Drove several miles to check out the place. Sunday afternoon at 1 pm, and office was locked with no one at place.
