Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. Beazer Homes is responsive and gets things done in a timely manner for the most part. Yes a couple of hiccups here and there but it is to be expected and with the pandemic I’d say overall good job. Neighborhood meh 😒 but overall quiet and peaceful. The walls are so thin I can always hear my neighbors next door on both sides of these townhomes. And when you are closing they promise to fix things and takes months to get it done!! If I would have known what I know now about this neighborhood i would have never made this purchase!!! And nobody follows the HOA rules especially up front! Sincerely, an unhappy new homeowner!!!
