We are at a loss for words at the complete disregard from Beazer regarding a COMMERCIAL GROUP HOME, tied to one of their OWN EMPLOYEES (whose name I will leave out) Said employee purchased a home in Amira on Grazing Foal Lane, prior to the announcement of the lake being added behind it…. “They” then almost immediately put the home on the market (for about a year) with no buyer. DO NOT BUY OR CONSIDER. They have several careless and unmaintained empty lots in this neighborhood. It is an absolute mess and used as a dumb site, they do not care. What will that say about the quality of their home?! They do not maintain their lots to the standard and you will have issues. SCAM.
