I’ve been overall pretty happy with Beazer despite the countless quality issues I’ve had to encounter and address, from the red tape walk-through all the way to 14 months later. I’ve dedicated countless man hours keeping up with and calling in issue after issue to have repaired. The mass production of these homes and the lowest bidding sub contractors Beazer hires creates a plethora of quality issues. We are at a loss for words at the complete disregard from Beazer regarding a COMMERCIAL GROUP HOME, tied to one of their OWN EMPLOYEES (whose name I will leave out) Said employee purchased a home in Amira on Grazing Foal Lane, prior to the announcement of the lake being added behind it…. “They” then almost immediately put the home on the market (for about a year) with no buyer.
