We bought a house built by beazer. Community is about 6 or 7 years old. The majority of the homes have already had siding re-done, molding and walls have cracks, the landscaping was not graded correctly so the side of the house it soup anytime it rains. Once the ac is turned on, the side becomes a muddy pool. The dishwasher was already replaced, faucets have been replaced already, roots of trees came up above ground and the roof replaced because of how cheap and thin the original roof was.
