Terrible customer service, unprofessional office staff – We had wood floors installed in our kitchen and kitchen nook. The work was good but what was HORRIBLE was the customer service. They pushed little "services" like moving our fridge and stove and when we said we would do that ourselves they increased the price of the work. When I complained to our salesman and said it felt like bait and switch the office manager became VERY rude to me. Horrible Installation Job and Terrible Customer Service – We had hardwood floor installed by this company. They did a horrible job on installing our new floor. The Worst Company we have ever dealt with. No sign of profesionalism anywhere. We were told by the other professionals.. "Embarrasing work " after looking at our floor.

Fast and efficient – I hired Beaverton wood floors to install new hardwood and they did an excellent job,always on time and cleaned up beautifully after themselves .I highly recommend them to anyone .
