I’ve had to request a warranty claim TWICE because the first time it was never put into the system by their service manager Levi. It has been almost a year and no resolution for the paint defects on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I definitely won’t be purchasing the new Tacoma from this dealership when it comes out like I’d planned on doing. 4/27/2024: I took my 2023 Tacoma in for the axle recall.
