I really like this place. Dr.Dang treated me with kindness. She was very sweet and professional. As someone with anxiety and a panic disorder the dentist is never fun. The reviews made my anxiety even worse but once I was seen and treated I was so happy. There's definitely bad dentists out there but this isn't one of them. I think when you're in pain with dental issues, it's easy to find a fault with anything. Especially if it's not something that can be fixed same day. Had a tooth pulled because I was going to have an implant done somewhere else. Previous sinus surgery made it very hard to have an implant. They didn't seem to have the experience to have told me that. Your dental health can have an effect on your total health. I had been going there for years , but I won't go there again.
Their customer service was so poor that I ended up walking out of my first exam. This is the dentist that the VA Community Care sent me to. When I called to make an appointment, I told the front desk lady my dental concerns and asked how to get them addressed speedily. She said there’s nothing she can do to speed up the process, I have to wait 3 weeks to come in and talk to the doctor. They dont look like Drs they just think about money how to take it from the insurance less quality product that they use for fill up and rude employees
I'm surprised they have 2.4 stars. This place should have zero stars. I went here several times to get fitted for a flipper. My mouth is super sensitive. When the lady tried to put it in my mouth I said "please let me do it." She shoved me down into the chair, putting her hands on me and shoved my appliance into my gum. It hurts so bad. I shot him out of that chair and I left. That was a year ago. I already have fear of dentists. I finally called back and made another appointment.
