I really like this place. Dr.Dang treated me with kindness. She was very sweet and professional. As someone with anxiety and a panic disorder the dentist is never fun. The reviews made my anxiety even worse but once I was seen and treated I was so happy. There's definitely bad dentists out there but this isn't one of them. I think when you're in pain with dental issues, it's easy to find a fault with anything. Especially if it's not something that can be fixed same day. Doctor said it was too expensive to fix tooth I was having trouble with. I don't know how he thought I could not pay it. For simple procedures I think their okay.
I'm surprised they have 2.4 stars. This place should have zero stars. I went here several times to get fitted for a flipper. My mouth is super sensitive. When the lady tried to put it in my mouth I said "please let me do it." She shoved me down into the chair, putting her hands on me and shoved my appliance into my gum. It hurts so bad. I shot him out of that chair and I left. That was a year ago. I already have fear of dentists. I finally called back and made another appointment. This was the only dental facility that could take my insurance with an emergency appointment unfortunately. I made it clear to the nurse my tooth was hurting and was unable to bite down completely for an x-ray. However, she continued to have me do it multiple times placing the machine directly on my swollen gums
They do not bother listening to their voicemails and will deflect if you ask about it. I experienced this when I had to get a copy of X-rays they did, and what they sent was so poor quality the new dentist could barely see them! I also agree with previous reviews mentioning the place looks dirty and the vibes from the people are off. Cannot recommend this place.
