This is one of only a few clinics in the area that accept my insurance. That being said, the reason for my visit, was because I am in pain. I have a broken molar and the roots are now upset. I called my dental insurance on May 5th, 2026 and they contacted the clinic, verified all of my information, and set today's appointment May 15th, 2026. This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand how this clinic operates with a valid license. A few days ago, they drilled my tooth, and although it didn’t hurt during the procedure, the pain has continued and even gotten worse. When I went back to ask for help, instead of addressing the issue, they told me to go somewhere else to have the tooth pulled. This level of care is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Now i am looking to find dental surgeon to fix my tooth.
this dentist is a QUACK!!!! she ruined one of my teeth on PURPOSE, making it more severe and painful and told me to come back for an extremely spendy procedure if it hurts. this is the most irresponsible dental practice in the state i wish i could give them zero stars.
I've never had a Dentist cut my gum and lip before nor did she apologize. The staff members did not wear name tags or introduce themselves which was extremely strange. The cut did not heal for 9 days it was uncomfortable and they didn't tell me how to treat it since they didn't even acknowledge they did it. Horrible experience! Also the equipment looked ancient with questionable sanitation for the rest of the building.
I really like this place. Dr.Dang treated me with kindness. She was very sweet and professional. As someone with anxiety and a panic disorder the dentist is never fun. The reviews made my anxiety even worse but once I was seen and treated I was so happy. There's definitely bad dentists out there but this isn't one of them. I think when you're in pain with dental issues, it's easy to find a fault with anything. Especially if it's not something that can be fixed same day.
