Uneccessary roughness (and rudeness) Not a good experience here people... PLEASE READ... I took my chihuahuas to this clinic and I noticed each time that the waiting room was not exactly clean, in the exam room I noticed pet hair floating around on the floor and it also seemed somewhat dirty. When I asked them about their cleaning/sterylizing procedures, they got defensive. I had to ask the assistant to please wipe the table off before I put my dog down, and got a smirk.. We took our elderly kitty (18 yrs old) to this Companion Pet Clinic and the vet told us she had advanced, severe kidney failure and wouldn't have much more time with us. He made that diagnosis by feeling her kidneys, no tests. I went through a lot of grief expecting her to die any day. Six months later, I took her to a different vet who tested her kidneys and said they're doing just fine. She has hypothyroidism which is treatable. And yes, she's old and frail (nearly 21 now) but that vet caused us a lot of unncecessary grief... read more
