Was quoted over 1000.00 to fix a switch in my steering wheel that ultimately cost me 50.00 and 15 minutes to fix.
Had a battery issue.They handled it .Very good service.
I had a dash removal and some actuators replaced that had failed. As other reviewers have said the communication is an 8, the attentiveness from staff is an 8+, there was some confusion about parts but I felt they were not trying to pull anything on me. I've been to all of the other Nissan service departments for service over the years as I have owned 4 brand new Nissans. Including Nissan of Portland, Wilsonville Nissan, Allan Webb Nissan.
