It was my first time coming in for service on my Nissan Altima 2019. I have come here once before to get replacement batteries for my car keys. My parents recently gave me this car and switched everything over to my name (I think we’ve had it for 3+ years) I have very little knowledge around cars and maintenance. Kelsie in the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable! She was explaining to me the different types of services that she would recommend for my Altima, she was very patient and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand the service needed and the price. I will continue driving from Vancouver to keep getting the great customer service that they always provide!
