Jen gives fantastic customer service. Very quick to fit me in, take very good care of my superjet. I will be back here to buy more Jetski’s and dirt bikes in the future.
While not the least expensive, the service I received in both the sales floor as well as the service department was professional, courteous, friendly, and swift. My sales person was Lizzie White who I would recommend.
Got a quickshifter installed. They were responsive on the quote, got me in next day and out in two hours. Friendly service, comfortable waiting room, and their service tech was thorough in explaining the optimal use and things to watch out for in quickshifter use. As a newer rider, took time to give me a few other pointers as well.
Great service! They said it would take 3 weeks to fix my bike and they got it done in less than 2. Jen was great keeping me updated and the bike shifts perfect thanks to the techs. Thank you guys for getting it back in time for my beach cruise!
Ask for Lizzie! She was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was and still is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. I bought my first street bike a week ago, and I'm so thankful for all her help with the whole process!
