My experience? 5 stars. My alternator randomly died in the night, and I had to push my vehicle to a somewhat secluded parking lot in Beaverton. I called them at 9am the next morning. They sent a technician out asap to diagnose I had a bad alternator. The tech got the part and had it fixed by 1pm. The tech put it in right there in the secluded parking lot in less than ideal weather(not pouring rain but not clear skies either).
