Always a good experience and K.C. tends to my needs
KC cancelled my appointment that I had to schedule months in advance, then cancelled the next one as well. When my twice rescheduled appointment finally came she changed the time like 4 times the day before saying 11:15, no 10.. no 10:30.. no 11:30. when I showed up at 11:30 after confirming my appointment she told me I was late and would only have a 30 min massage.
