They are helpful, communicative, honest, and timely. They always are looking to cover repairs under warranty, which I appreciate. Update 5 years later: Our engine seals failed and Beaverton Kia advocated for us with the manufacturer to get us a new engine at no charge to us. They have excellent records of our maintenance and have enforced the warranty to our benefit many times. Their service is unbeatable.

I’ve had all of my service work done at Kia Beaverton, and every single visit has been a positive experience. The staff are consistently kind, courteous, and professional. They always take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle, walk me through the charges, and make sure I fully understand the situation before moving forward.
