Terrible lack of ownership of the product and support with Kia corporate
I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism, kindness and honesty. We are getting ready to relocate to the state of Montana and when I am ready to buy my next kia, I will come back and buy it from here. The staff is always kind ,professional and just fun to deal with. And their service department is outstanding. The customer service is beyond exceptional.

**editing to add that Tarrant wasn’t the one who told me I could just drive up and have the bulb replaced, it was a female that told me that over the phone only a few days before I brought my vehicle in. I’m disabled and that trip was a complete waste of time. My point in bringing up Tarrant was that I never received wrong information from him when he worked there.
