EDITED 12/17/2019 I AM LIVID! I went in for my appointment 4 weeks ago and Dr Goodman was a no show nor had she even put the order in for my blood tests. Rescheduled for the following week. Got my blood tests done and was told I’d receive results the following Monday. I call on Tues or Wed for my results but no one could give them to me .. I waited until today and I’ve been calling since 9:00 only to be sent to vmail repeatedly. I have had 2 appts with Alberto he is absolutely the best Dr I have ever. Every one in his office his amazing. I love this place. And now my son goes there. And loves his Dr.
Are you open or not???? Website says you're open, but no one is answering phone. Come on, be professionals. Update your website, get the right information on there so people don't have to waste more of their time.
I called and they said on there voice message that they are opened today from 9-3 but I drove by and they said they are closed. You need to take that message off and get your information right. The doctors & nurses are great but the office staff sucks.
Not bad, My old doctor was knowledgeable and nice. The staff was OK some can be kind of Short at times.
