We've been going to BEH since 2020, excellent care, unmatched detail in caring for our eye health. I recommend them to everyone.
Dr was very attentive and focused on getting my prescription just right. Glasses were also fairly priced.
Excellent, thorough examination with complete explanation of findings and recommendations for care.
The doctor is great but her staff has gone way down hill. The person who adjust glasses doesn't speak English well and they are not accommodating. Unfortunately they need to go back to previous help or new help
At my first appointment it was explained to me that for a fee that “insurance won’t cover” I could have a digital procedure to scan my retina vs having my eyes dilated. It’s directly on the intake form to check a box if you decline the digital procedure. I clearly checked the box to decline the service. At no point in the exam was any procedure explained to me what it was, I went through the entire appointment for an updated prescription for the doctor to tell me that my vision was “improved” and that I should change my diet... read more
