The team here is truly wonderful! The staff is amazingly kind, professional, on top of everything and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Nicky is hands-down the best hygienists I’ve ever had!! She's very fun, thorough, and just genuinely caring. And Dr. Nguyen is thoughtful, skilled, and takes the time to explain things in a way that feels reassuring, not rushed. Great clinical care matters, and they consistently deliver it. I’m grateful to be a patient here.
Mr. Nguyen is the best! The only dentist who takes care of the problem on the same day. The staff are so warm and caring. Best dental experience ever.
Disappointed. The office itself has a nice atmosphere, some great personalities but communication is a consistent problem. Messages to the scheduler often go unanswered for days, and sometimes not at all. It doesn’t come across as “busy,” more like disorganized. When I was in between jobs and asked about options with private insurance, I didn’t find them very supportive or helpful.
