Is this place even open anymore? Can't get anyone on the phone, website is broken, and they never call you back.
Huge waste of time. I should have read ALL of the reviews before purchasing a Groupon for car detailing. Like others, I showed up at 8:30 as directed in my confirmation email. No one was there. Called one phone number and no one answered, the other (on the website) went straight to voicemail. Someone arrived and I asked if they knew anything about the business, he said they had moved at the beginning of the month. He didn't have anything nice to say about Beaverton Car Care and neither do I.
Bought a groupon for this place and was so disappointed I did not even leave my car there. I paid for a detail and was told I had to pay an extra $45 for pet hair removal. This was for my sons car and he has never even had a pet in there! Terrible area with no enclosed space for cleaning and had to wait 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time for someone to show up. SO SHADY!
I had no place to go while my headlights were being restored the owner and his wife let me hangout in the shop! Super awesome friendly and fast! They even cleaned my car while my headlights were being done! Will be going back! My headlights look great too!!
I booked an 8am appointment for car detailing and received an email booking confirmation. I showed up at 8am and waited until 8:20 and called their number three times. No one was there and no response. Frustrating when I had arranged for a friend to pick me up and scheduled my day around my car being there.
