I just wanted to leave a positive review because I feel like the staff deserve some recognition, especially after seeing so many negative reviews. The restaurant was busy, especially with it being a holiday weekend, and there were only two servers trying to take care of everyone. Despite how overwhelming it clearly was, they were doing their best to keep up and make sure everybody was taken care of and happy. There were lots of mistakes with our orders, the service was incredibly slow, they were dropping food all over the floor, the tables were dirty when we got here, and there was a hair in the food.
Dropped a fry had hair in food not very sanitary.
We stopped here for a late lunch. We ended up leaving without eating. We ordered food for a table of 4 adults and 4 children. We waited for over an hour after ordering and seeing multiple tables walk in after us, get their food and leave. We are a group of understanding people but not serving even the kids is crazy. When we told them we were just going to pay for our drinks and leave they never even apologized.
Food was fine, but the service was awful. Waitress who took our order had some sort of attitude problem. On top of that we waited almost an hour for food without being checked on by any server until the very end. Sweet girl who just came in for her shift took care of us for the rest of our visit. Waitresses were talking about other tables. Disappointing experience because we were looking so forward to it.
