We are so thankful for this clinic. Not only have they always provided excellent care for our dog’s general visits and vaccinations, but recently they went above and beyond in an urgent situation. They were able to see us the same day, even calling me back with an earlier appointment when a spot opened up. The team was calm and reassuring both on the phone and once we arrived, and the diagnosis and treatment were quick and effective. Beaverdale is amazing. There are no words to express how thankful I am for their care and patience with my Baby Sheldon. Sheldon was feeling very sick and immobile. He is a small 13yr old dog. I called Beaverdale and within a couple of hours the same day the Vet saw him and treated my Baby !! Debbie was such a support as well. I have called numerous times for advice and questions and they have been wonderful with their Support. Highly recommended 😊
I took my 2 new big puppies in today and from my first phone call I knew I found the right place! Excellent customer service and the staff is so caring I am excited to have found my girls such loving care. I am telling anyone looking for a vet who actually cares to call you. You won't be sorry going here. Excellent care, good prices, calm German Shepherd as he trusts them. Im adding to this review for good reason. We've been going here for maybe 3 years, friendliest staff ever, prompt service, knowledgeable. Tucked away outside of city area. You let your dog out of the vehicle, and there's GRASS !! places to sniff, pee and explore for a few moments before your appointment, not all concrete. Your not a dollar sign there, your a patient.
