Absolutely worthless! Placed a service call, and diagnosed no issues. I have a puddle of water leaking on my floor. They spend no time trying to investigate and find the problem, threw their hands up after 15 minutes. There were several other checks that could have been preformed, but hurried up and left because it was the end of day. Simple fix, drain pan was cracked, and Beavercreek Appliance had no clue how to repair my unit. They are not qualified to preform any repairs on anything! UPDATE - changed from 1 to 4 stars. For the record, I am undecided on whether I would use them again, but admired the fact that the manager personally called me to discuss. Manager called me very frustrated with the original review of one star. We spoke about the below issue for awhile. While I still don't necessarily agree with the perspective of the manager or the business policy, they do warrant services for 30 days - something I wasn't entirely aware of. Very helpful. It did take two calls to get ahold of someone. I called to schedule a service appointment and Adam asked me what was going on. I informed him of the issues with our washer and what I had already done to try to fix it, but the problem still existed. He told me it could only be one other simple issue. I did what he told me to do and now we are back to running like normal. I appreciate the help without the charge of the service call. Thank you
