Absolutely worthless! Placed a service call, and diagnosed no issues. I have a puddle of water leaking on my floor. They spend no time trying to investigate and find the problem, threw their hands up after 15 minutes. There were several other checks that could have been preformed, but hurried up and left because it was the end of day.

We have used Beavercreek Appliance Service on three separate occasions. Most recently they were used to repair a Bosch refrigerator. On each occasion, we had no problem with scheduling service, and the person with whom we spoke on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The service techs who were sent each time were polite, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and repair the problems. The cost of the service call and labor were reasonable.
