Ever since tenants began moving in there has been increasing amounts of dog poop all around the property on the grass and on the public sidewalks. Its pretty disgusting to walk by and very unsanitary. Grounds keeping is infrequent and there is often piles of trash outside.

This place is left unattended for months and the tenants do whatever they want, Garbage area always looks like a landfill Regular dog piss and throw up in elevators Dog poop on outside common area floor.
