The condo is great! Amenities and staff are awesome! Special kudo’s to the front desk staff - Katie, Claudia, and Emmily! Always smiling and happy to help when we saw them each day on the way to the jacuzzi, getting towels, and heading to the locker room. It was great a front staff so happy to help! I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 hot tubs, all very warm like i prefer, and a heated pool! There was always enough room when we went, and they are open very late! The condo was nice. That is it. Nowhere did it say that we would need a car to get to our condo. Nobody told us about the bus system. Front desk girls were rude and dismissive. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool because it wasn't open. Will NOT be back or recommend.

Terrible is giving them too much credit. First let me clarify, this review is for Beaver Village Management Company, not Beaver Village Condos. This company promised much and delivered nothing. They made up lies about our association, our members and what they said they would do and didn't. They said they would handle a capital improvement project, they didn't even start it and it their lack of action on project resulted in significant damage to the property. Did not pay bills for our HOA and made up stories about the owners. The owner is generally dishonest and incompetent. This incompetence resulted in structural damage to our property. They have the lowest price in town, but it is definitely not worth it.
