The condo is great! Amenities and staff are awesome! Special kudo’s to the front desk staff - Katie, Claudia, and Emmily! Always smiling and happy to help when we saw them each day on the way to the jacuzzi, getting towels, and heading to the locker room. It was great a front staff so happy to help! I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 hot tubs, all very warm like i prefer, and a heated pool! There was always enough room when we went, and they are open very late! The condo was nice. That is it. Nowhere did it say that we would need a car to get to our condo. Nobody told us about the bus system. Front desk girls were rude and dismissive. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool because it wasn't open. Will NOT be back or recommend.
