Management was very charming, we felt like instant friends, all while she provided professional service and clear answers to any questions I had. The unit I rented was clean and well kept, and the door rolled easy. It was surprising for it being a smaller facility. I also like that it's smaller, I rarely have any other traffic while I'm there, so I'm not in anyone's way, and can take my time. And it's 24/7 which helps. The couple that works at the beaver st location are awesome and very helpful.
My dealings with Beaver street storage has been as good as I could hope for. I did have to go there today and spray the latch that the lock goes in because it had corroded, but other than that everything seems to be good.
