We have purchased 3 bikes, a tent, a hiking backpack and two pair of running shoes from here and we have always had AMAZING customer service.

The older blonde lady was very rude to me. I will not be shopping there again.
I like the store but unfortunately several of the employees do not treat us big women with much respect. Who says we can't be active and hike and climb & bike just like everyone else? That kind of treatment is the reason so many women with weight image issues feel self conscious about being active. Shame on the few employees with the snooty attitude who flat out roll their eyes at me. I can backpack Scotland just as easily as you......but I'll be doing it in the boots I purchased from REI.
