Super helpful staff!! They make all the effort to fix things and otherwise be helpful. I brought a Cougar Chariot in to fix (as a ski attachment had gotten stuck) and if one of their guys couldn't figure it out, the next one was ready to try until it got figured out.

I called yesterday looking to a bike chariot for a toddler and an infant. Kate went above and beyond helping us find and purchased what we needed. She answered all my questions and found everything we were needing as attachments so both kids could enjoy it. We also purchased 2 adult bikes and accessories as well. My husband was impressed with the precautions they were taking due to the Covid-19. Strongly recommend!!
I had an awesome experience with Tristian who works at Beaver Sports. With the whole virus situation finding a bike was extremely hard. Got in contact with him and found the exact bike I was looking for. Super helpful and answered all my questions. Ordered the bike and it was at my house within 5 days and I live all the way in Kentucky. I would absolutely do business with them again and I suggest everyone to do the same!
