I love my Dermatologist so much so that I travel quite a ways to see him! Love his nurses too but not when he talks to them the way he does by scolding them in front of me! The receptionists are always awesome! But this one that helped me was not!! Kinda snooty..like she didn't want to be there..I am very happy with the quality of care at Beaver Medical Group at both facilities..
Every time I come here they are always running behind. Never have I ever been seen on my appt time. Why do they even tell you to come early when they done ever call you back on time. Uuhh. So annoyed! I miss having Kaiser Permanente.

Yesterday was my 2nd time at this totally awesome facility! May 1st will complete one year that I've lived in Yucaipa and don't know my way around too well yet. Everyone was so helpful, with great attitudes! Accompanied by a young lady from the Dr.'s office (without even asking for help!), she showed me where and how to make future appts., where to pay my bills and made sure I was comfortable with the procedures there.
