We offer excellent quality and affordable housing. With everything from studios to large 3 bedroom apartments. The Master bedrooms are large with a private bath, sitting area and walk in closet. The large living room and kitchen will make you just want to stay home and enjoy it. Some units offer a view of the lake and some have cathedral ceiling to give you a spacious feeling. The building offers a coin operated laundry. Owner pays for Heat and Hot water.

Homey and comfortable! Using the local visitor guide, we found a cozy, home-style motel right across the street from The Santa Claus house in North Pole. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The full sized kitchen made it convenient to cook and stay in, and there were plenty of restaurants close by, as well. The accommodations were great and I loved the small town atmosphere! A great place to de-stress!
Awesome Place We have stayed here a number of times and this is where we recommend that our friends and out of town family members stay. The rates are great and the accommodations are even better. The rooms are very well cared for and you have access to a lot of local businesses as well.
