We rented a Tritoon last weekend. One of the nicest Pontoon Boats on the water (Harris Pontoons). We would definitely rent from Beaver Lakes Outdoors Center again.
The guy that works there is great with customer service. I just wish someone would have cautioned me to use cash for the 500.00 deposit. It has been 8 days and it’s still not credited to my charge card. I called my bank and they said their bank is not releasing it yet! Also I rented a jet ski for 3 hours. I was charged 56.00 in gas. Not sure but this sounds a little inflated to me. Just got the deposit back after 12 days!!!!!!
Awesome customer service. Love going to these guys
. Crazy expensive for bad service and dirty kayaks. The kayaks were covered in dirt, bugs and bird feces. We had to wait 30 mins for them to come pick up the kayaks, when they said they will arrive in 10mins.
