Service is a joke! If I knew then what I know now, I would have purchased based on service needs not location of product. I made a large purchase close to $10,000 for a mower based on the quality of the brand. But now knowing how important service is I would have bought a Gravely and drove the extra 20 miles to get the service that comes with. Owner acts to busy and could care less for the small companies.
