Beaver House Beaver House is known for their Sunday Brunch. It is so delicious! I've never stayed there, but the food is great. So great students book it for their graduation parties. Yum!

Not the same as it used to be
Oh my heart/tummy was so happy today. Years ago, I passed this beautiful old white house and saw that it was a restaurant and I have wanted to try it out. Today I got the opportunity. The house was so warm and inviting and the food was like you mama’ s good ole’ southern cooking. I’d say it is the best southern cooking restaurant! Oh and the staff are amazing too!
The Beaver House is a great place for a home cooking kind of meal served family style. Their fried chicken and veggies can't be beat! Don't know where you can get a better value either.
Wonderful hidden gem (for us..out of towners). Our server was awesome. Food family style - all you can eat, and was a great price for lunch.

The food was outstanding.
Love the southern Sunday sit down dinner style & pass the dish!! You can always ask for more when the dish is empty and you will not leave hungry. The fried shrimp 🍤 is wonderful!!
