I would never recommend anyone to live here I live here now and getting ready to move been here for 6 months toilet has stopped up numerous of times dishwasher does not work. Front door was white on the inside until they decided to paint the other side black and got black paint all over the inside so now I have a white/black door that looks like crap maintenance very poor pest control does not even work their are spiders all over the patio some plugs in the wall don't even work. Mrs Terry Key is the worst landlord I ever had in my life. She is a sick racist woman with issues and needs to be removed. I have proof of all the things she did to people at that complex. I'll pray for her and the people who allowed this wicked and unprofessional devil to run that place!!!!

Its horrible there! The landlord has no respect for NO ONE! She stays in my friends building and every night has her surround sound up to the max, but complains on my friend about her children being loud. Kids are going to be kids, is what I told my friend. The apartments aren't worth crap if you ask me! You can hear absolutely everything! Cant wait to get my friend out of there!!!!
The negative ratings were obviously input by druggies who were kicked off the property when the "new" management was hired. Or maybe by that person evicted for writing SEVERAL rubber checks? hmmmm This is a great place to live and is improving with every BAD EGG that leaves! :)
There has only been 2 tenants who have moved VOLUNTARILY. The other 9 were evicted for drugs, non-pymt or for stealing - either stealing from other tenants or for defrauding the government. Its a GOOD thing to know management protects the majority of tenants who are AWESOME!!!
MANAGEMENT IS RACIST I DONT RECOMMEND
