Mason was able to come out to our house the following week. After he diagnosed the AC problem, he did the minor repair the same day! He call both my wife and I and explained our options for continued AC maintenance and some affordable upgrades that he recommended so as to hopefully avoid future AC failures. I am such a layperson when it comes to home repairs so it was refreshing to have someone take the time to explain what he thinks it is and WHY he would do the options he gave.
