Great service from owner Doug. Called him to add refrigerant to our home ac during very hot weather. He was able to come out the next day and recharge. Very practical and knowledgeable.
More than once, Casey has managed to provide solutions that don't involve "upselling", when we were otherwise none-the-wiser. Instead he is swift, knowledgeable and fair about the work he performs, and won't tell you that you need something when you don't. I will continue to use Beaver HVAC thanks to Casey's trustworthiness.
There are no hours posted on their website. I called the first number it referred me to a man named Doug. I called Doug and it went to his voicemail which was full and couldn’t leave a message, so I sent a text message. He asked me if the fan was running and said I’ll see how my day goes for time to look at it. This was at around 8 am. Spoke with Doug, and it was like talking to my dad - honest, helpful, and efficient. He sent his son to our home within 2 hours to fix our air conditioner. HOT week - we can’t thank you enough!!! Will be using you for all future needs!
