Casey went above and beyond call of duty. Very friendly, very officiant and does not tell you that you need a million and one thing needs changed for the gain of extra money. He looks for the problem and actually fixes it. I highly recommend this small moms and pops company.
80° -pushing 90° AC goes out and Doug went above and beyond to make sure ,while we are across the U.S. that our girls studying away at college we’re taking care of ASAP. thank you again! Five stars is not enough.
Great service from owner Doug. Called him to add refrigerant to our home ac during very hot weather. He was able to come out the next day and recharge. Very practical and knowledgeable.
More than once, Casey has managed to provide solutions that don't involve "upselling", when we were otherwise none-the-wiser. Instead he is swift, knowledgeable and fair about the work he performs, and won't tell you that you need something when you don't. I will continue to use Beaver HVAC thanks to Casey's trustworthiness.
