Marlon V. came out and gave us a second opinion confirming what we already knew. We had to replace our 18-year old unit. Andrew came out immediately and fixed the air conditioner quickly and professionally. He diagnosed the problem with expertise and was so friendly to our children. As soon as I saw the name tag I knew we were in good hands. Us Andrews are pretty awesome dudes. Thank you Andrew!

We LOVED working with Beaver! Marlon was friendly but professional and took the time to get to know us. He took the time to explain the issues with our system thoroughly and answer our many questions, and treated us like family. He was completely upfront about pricing options, and helped us figure out financing too. The crew was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job of cleanup afterwards. Zack and Brad from Beaver Heating and Air were wonderful! They showed up on time and worked all day getting our broken AC out and a brand new Trane AC installed! Both were animal lovers and didn’t mind that my dog had to “supervise” their work. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. Marlon came out to service our AC unit. While he was here he found an issue with our Capacitor. We haven’t ran our system much yet for the season so it was nice to have this caught before it was 100 degrees out. He was very friendly, took his time explaining everything in detail. Was I prepared to spend more than what it cost for a general service, no. But I was very happy to feel taken care of and not taken advantage of! I requested that he be our regular person for our future regular servicing needs.
