Technician Matt Miller was great. Matt explained everything he was going to do before he started and everything he saw after he was done with the service including showing and explaining his photos he took of the unit. He made sure to answer all my questions that I had before he left. Matt was very personable and thoughtful of our home. I highly recommend Beaver Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs, including your water heater..lol!

Called Beaver Heating and Air last night as our AC was not functioning properly. They texted me back and made arrangements to have a Technician follow up in the afternoon. Matt Woorley arrived ahead of schedule and explained exactly what he would doing and advised me of the possible costs. An hour and a half later he had things up and running. Leo Ballesteros from Beaver Heating & Air was so kind and helpful! He showed up early and explained my AC issues in an easy to understand way! He was very efficient and respectful of my home. Beaver Heating & Air has been super responsive of my AC issues and very sympathetic. They’re making sure I get the help I need so I don’t need to suffer in heat as it starts getting hotter. I highly recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment with Beaver Heating and Air after meeting them at the Chico Home and Garden Show and winning a free AC maintenance service. They sent out Tyler as my technician and he was wonderful! He was so nice and incredibly knowledgeable. In all of his explanations I could tell how passionate he was about his work. He documented everything and pictures were included in the paperwork sent following the appointment. He even checked my hot water heater and cleaned that filter too! Andrew arrived on time and was very polite. He performed a comprehensive inspection of our existing ac unit, compressor and all associated systems. He did a great job of explaining everything that was currently going on with our system and how it was under mechanical failure. Long story short I would recommend Beaver if you think your system needs a tune up and ask for Marlon if you're looking for a new system. Turns out our system was drawing too much power due to age and if you have solar, ask about the heat pump options.
