Called Beaver Heating and Air last night as our AC was not functioning properly. They texted me back and made arrangements to have a Technician follow up in the afternoon. Matt Woorley arrived ahead of schedule and explained exactly what he would doing and advised me of the possible costs. An hour and a half later he had things up and running. Leo Ballesteros from Beaver Heating & Air was so kind and helpful! He showed up early and explained my AC issues in an easy to understand way! He was very efficient and respectful of my home. Beaver Heating & Air has been super responsive of my AC issues and very sympathetic. They’re making sure I get the help I need so I don’t need to suffer in heat as it starts getting hotter. I highly recommend them!
A test of character. We have used Beaver Heating & Air over the years. On this particular service we were having a new air conditioning unit installed. As a church we have bids submitted from different companies and make our choice on a variety of factors. Requested an AC inspection and tune-up. Matt was very thorough. He explained the steps he took to inspect each component, provided pictures to document all his findings and was very detailed with the different options we had, including the pros and cons of each, for repairs/replacement. It was a 20 year old system. He didn’t pressure us to go one way or another. Just laid everything out so we can make an informed decision. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
