MATT My Technician was Wonderful + Knowledgeable he was kind and efficient with the work he did. He figured out the problem with my system and was very thorough in explaining what was wrong & the work that was done. Andrew was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what we needed and why it was needed to keep our furnace running properly. I was also impressed with how fast between the service call and Andrew arriving at my house was. I expected it to be a few days but we called and he was at our house 20 minutes later. I had my 23 year old hvac system replaced today! Richard made the process of selecting the right equipment easy and stress-free. He is so knowledgeable and it’s clear to see that he has a passion for providing good service to his customers. I had a great experience with the installation work done by Zach and James! Have used Beaver Heat and Air for several years now. Our heater wouldn’t kick on Friday night and we called Beaver Saturday morning and left a message thinking I wouldn’t get an appointment until Monday at the soonest. They called back in about an hour and was able to come out that day and get it working. We even signed up for their twice a year maintenance program and received a discount on that days call. Matt our service tech was fantastic. Highly recommend!
My Tech Matt was Wonderful + Very Knowledgeable. He will be my new requested technician. He did amazing work and I was so grateful to have gotten someone so kind. I really appreciate him fixing my system especially being it’s cold outside. Matt was very thorough in his work and explained every step he did & took photos to show me everything. I know so much more about my system thanks to his knowledge. Matt was A++++++++ in service and I hope to get him again next time.
