Worst place to stay, save youre money. Our water went out January 25th and didn't come back on until February 6th due to "repairs". The only thing they did was drop bottles of water off to freeze soild outside. When the water turn back on February 6th it only stayed on 4 days due to more "repairs" and has been off since. The management lives in New Jersey and not on site so they dont care. Getting the maintenance man to do fix anything is a challenge. My dishwasher has been not working for over a month now. The windows have gaps and can see daylight. Will need to winterize the windows with plastic. Sliding glass door to patio is very difficult to close. But it is quite and parking is plenty.
The maintenance guy is so busy, it's hard to get ahold of him to fix anything, or to finish fixing something (small stuff) but the property owner/manager has been really helpful about working with people on getting up to date with their rent. A lot of people were laid off due to COVID & he could've just evicted them, but he didn't. So, they're decent people. For the most part, it's quiet & I haven't had issues with anyone.
Lots of space for a two bedroom with decent storage, parking isn't an issue. But laundromat is in rough shape, washers rarely work and the pool isn't really open in the summer. Expect a high heating bill. The screen doors aren't well insulated.
